Mr.Gerald Johnson Jr., 45, of Newnan, GA passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at WellStar Paulding Hospital. A Viewing will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 4-6 PM with visitation (with family present) from 6-8 PM at Saint Smyrna Baptist Church- 68 Heery Rd. Newnan, GA 30263. Memorial Lantern release will take place promptly after the visitation at 8 PM. Celebration of life will take place Wednesday, February 2, 2022, 11:00 AM at Saint Smyrna Baptist Church. Interment will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park - 656 Roscoe Rd, Newnan, GA 30263. All family members, friends, and well-wishers are required to wear face masks and follow CDC social distancing guidelines to attend all services.
