Mrs. ShaRhonda Sherman-Parks

Our Beloved ShaRhonda Lashay Sherman-Parks was born December 4, 1978, in Newnan, GA to Eddie and Juanita Sherman. She was a gift from God to the Sherman and Maynard families. She was preceded in death by her Grandmother, Shirley Maynard. On February 09, 2022, ShaRhonda earned her wings, as God came and took his angel. ShaRhonda was baptized at a very young age and was a member of Newnan First Seventh-Day Adventist Church. ShaRhonda graduated from East Coweta High School and attended Oakwood College in Huntsville, AL. She also attended Everest Institute where she graduated with high honors. She married Mr. Bernard Parks of Huntsville, AL. To this union, were born two daughters: MaRhonda Jashay Sherman-Parks and Shabreya Pauline Parks, Senoia, GA. She leaves to mourn her passing, seven brothers, Keion (Shantavious) Sherman, Newnan, GA, Adrian Sherman, Riverdale, GA, Decorius (Breanna) Sherman, Senoia, GA, Johnathan, Terry, Jordan, and Joshua Sherman, Senoia, GA; sisters in law, Eathel Leslie, Huntsville, AL, and Subrina (Danny) Harris, Huntsville, AL; brothers in law, Marion Parks, Jr, Huntsville, AL, Robert (Yvonnia) Parks, Huntsville, AL, and Luther Robinson, Huntsville, AL. Grandparents: Grady Maynard, Senoia, GA, Bereatha Sherman, Senoia, GA, and LC Anthony, Woodbury, GA. A viewing will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022, from 4 - 8 PM at Cook Brothers Funeral Directors - 268 NW Broad Street, Fairburn, GA 30213. A funeral service will be held Saturday, February 19, 2022, 2 PM, at Saint Smyrna Baptist Church - 68 Heery Road, Newnan, GA 30263.
